Triggers	None, but onset is like flicking a switch. Above normal exercise seems to bring it on, but about three hours after the exercise has stopped, and probably when I begin to eat.
Preventions	None
Current medications/side effects	Synthroid, 112 mcg/day. Asprin during attack. NOW HERE IS AN INTERESTING PHENOMENUM: In March 2001, I reduced my Synthroid medication from 112 mcg to 50 mcg/day and feel much better (but have a greater tendency to put on pounds, and have to reduce diet) I feel much better, without incident since then, touch wood. I have since conferred with my Endocrinologist and switched to 50 mcg of Unithroid. Date is now August 6, 2001. Let us see how it goes.
Past medications/side effects	Coumadin during attacks in 1999. Currently none.
History of surgery	Gall bladder 1972
Future plans	Follow a CRON diet. Eat organic. Keep seeking cure. More recently am also following Dr. D'adamo's suggested diet for blood type AB+. I like and am doing well on this diet. I am not totally fanatical, but follow 90%. I personaly also interested in anyone's blood type re: AF, should anyone care to let me know. For interested, is the problem spread evenly througout the blood types, or do some types get it more than others. Anything is worth a look.
