4. SECOND PACEMAKER INPLANT FAILED DUE TO THE DOCTOR NOT PLUGING IN THE LEAD WIRE HAD TO RE OPEN AND REPAIR

5. ON FEB 16 GOING IN MASS GENREL HOSP. FOR A SECOND ABLATION 2006 THEN HAVE MY CHEST REPAIRED CLOSE THE SERNUM AND FIX 4 BROKEN RIBS FROM MY OPEN MAZE OPP.
