Future plansContinue research and experimentation with meds to determine ALL my triggers, and to find a balance of meds that does not cause nightmares, resulting in anxiety and poor sleep quality.
Personal commentsI would like to hear from anyone who had nightmares from beta-blockers who switched to another medication that was successful in stopping the problem. If I could lick that and get better sleep, I could live with this condition. You may contact me at: FRGlaser@aol.com. Thank you.
