| Preventions | Holding my breath when AF first comes on(usually doesn't work). Nothing else I've tried works to stop an onset.
I have found that vigorous aerobic exercise (jogging, stairmaster, etc.) will sometimes put me back into NSR. It never works right after the onset of AF, but it usually works on the next day or the day after that. |

Coumadin 5 mg/day - no side effects. |

| Personal comments | About half of my cousins on my father's side have AF, so it must be familial in my case.
I feel fortunate that I can sometimes go back into Normal Sinus with aerobic exercise. |
