| Triggers | Absolutely none. With each attack, I examine my lifestyle to try to find a common denominator. No luck, most happen at night... Wish I could find a trigger, so that I could do something about it!
Believe it or not, the closest I ever came to a 'known trigger' was that it often happened when I was cleaning my teeth at night! Must stop cleaning my teeth! |
