Current medications/side effects	accupril 40mg 1/day atenolol 50mg 1/day hctz 25mg 1/day lanoxin 250mcg 1/day warfarin 5mg 1&1/2 4days--- 1/day 3days vioxx 25mg 1/day (for arthritis) no serious side effects---just tiredness
History of surgery	admitted to Norfolk General abt 6 months ago to try 3 days of sotalol--no change so I was cardioverted and achieved NSR on the second try....except for two occasions of a-fib lasting abt 1/2 hour ,have stayed in NSR
Future plans	monitor my INR
Personal comments	my a-fib has not been as severe as many of you---- but I realize that it ca become worse at any time , so I will continue to monitor the comments of this group.
