My thyroid levels are a bit low and have been taking a thyroid replacement (synthroid). This may have been due to the Amiodarone, or it might be directly related to the afib. Time will tell.

| Past medications/side effects | I've tried several including Atenolol, Protonolol, Sodolol, Actenolol, Tambocor, and Amiodarone. Because of the potential side effects of Amiodarone, I dropped it. Of all these, Sodolol was the only one that seemed to have a slight impact on reducing the frequency of events. |
