| Current medications/side effects | I am generally quite low on energy and cannot function enough to work. I am not as sharp as I used to be. I do have very active dreams and sometimes nightmares ever since I have been on medication, which has been changed several times. I have also gained a bit of weight but that may also be due to the lack of activity. |

| Personal comments | I has a sudden onset of fast AF 13 months ago and have had several cardioversions. The medication has only controlled my heart rate. I have tricuspid regurge and enlarged right and left atriums. It'a mystery to my cardiologists and have now been referred for surgery. I am allergic to warfrin and take phenindione and frusimide which are not included in the list of medications. And have been on several medications which on have not maintained normal sinus rhythm. |
