I do look at Hans bb., have taken on the WW trial and was on UW prior to that. Was put on Lanoxin and a BB, that stuffed me right up in two weeks, came off them, saw a different cardio he put me on Tambocor "on demand" only have not had meds since 28.11.02. |

Preventions | UW and WW and foods to help the Mg++ and N+
A lot of steady exercise, watching my HR and slooowly building myself up again.
vits.3 x 1 mg. fish oil, 1 x 500 iu E., 1 x 50 mg. Qc10.,
1 x garlic tab. |

Current medications/side effects | Tambocor "only on demand" 50 mg. if af during the day, 100 mg. if it wakes me up at night (or early am. which is most of the time)
Dose make me a bit slugish for half a day or so. |

Amiodarone via an IV on the first laf/ER visit, took eight hrs. to NSR. |
