| History of surgery | Pulmanary Isolation Ablation, 7/2002. This surgery was incomplete as they found a 10mm x 8mm thrombus (clot) in my left atrial appendage and were unable to finish the procedure for fear of a stroke. |

| Future plans | About to undergo cardioversion with the Amiodarone. If that doesn't work we will try other drug therapies. |

| Personal comments | I am very frustrated with the lack of good treatments for a young person for this disease. I realize that this is because younger people with this disease are in the minority. My familiy is in a genetic study with the Mayo Clinic for our AF. |
