| Current medications/side effects | Alittle dizzy when getting out of bed. I have to generally get up slowly and sit at the edge of the bed for a few seconds before getting out of bed.
My meds are Diltizem, coumadin,a very small dose of atenolol. Being Vagal I know that atenolol is not recommended but I take 12.5mg and it seems to keep the extra beats away. I also take magnesium, calcium,a multi-vitamin w/o iron. I also eat whole raw almonds a I understand it contains magnesium and they are good for you. |

| Past medications/side effects | Was on Tambocor for short time, but it gave me a problem with my eyes.
Also, Digoxin was my first medication. Since I found out that Iam of the Vagal type, I stopped the Digoxin. |

| Personal comments | The meds I take keep me comfortable and able to go on with my normal activities when I go out of sinus rhythm so as to cope with it until I convert back to NSR.
I try not to eat anything past 7:00 p.m. while eating three meals without gurging myself as well and keeping within the healthy food groups. |
