Triggers	Big meals,premade cakes,biscuits,flans,chocolate,cheese,1 glass of red fine but not 3,Chinese food,tea,coffee. Reluctant to go back to this type of eating at the moment
Preventions	Staying calm,sensible eating and no big meals and bearing down helps to.
Current medications/side effects	0.250 Digoxin + 80mg Sotalol BD + Warfarin No Digoxin now.
Past medications/side effects	Diltiezem 300mg weight increase,no help whatsoever Amioderone.
History of surgery	Cardioversion failed to return me to nsr. Changed to Flecainide prior to another cardioversion, this failed too. Ablation in Nov 05 at St Mary`s, london ..Failed. Cardioversion 22/4/06 Failed as well 2nd Ablation 3mnths ago..so far a success.
Future plans	Will not give up as long as there is a chance of a cure.
Personal comments	Glad Im off Amiodorone,changed Cardiololist who has different idea`s,am still carefull of foods and drink plenty of water to flush the system of all the meds.Feel good on present meds, but wonder for how long. Not a great believer in cardioversion.
