Future plansAm losing weight and avoiding large meals and fatty or rich foods.
Am keeping calm during episodes and using slow breathing and stretching with moderate exercise to help reversion. Seems to work. Sometimes a small amount of plain food seems to help the heart drop back into sinus.
Personal commentsHaven't found doctors particularly helpful. They all seem to want to use drugs which have side effects which seem to be worse than the problem.

Trying to remember that the problem though frightening is unlikely to be fatal seems to help.

At least you feel great when you revert!
