Past medications/side effects	amiodarone - thyroid problems, loss of appetite, sleeplessness, vision sensitivity, urinary frequency, had to stop taking amiodarone due to thyroid malfunction. everything is fine since I stopped taking amiodarone
History of surgery	knee surgery about six months ago
Future plans	Just live with it. My Dad had it for 20 years and did not die of it. My Mother also has had it for probably 15 years. Fortunately I can still exercise vigorously. I Mountain Bike and Road Bike but had to stop running due to knee surgery. However there is no question I don't have the energy I used to, don't know if due to the reduced cardio effeciency or aging.
