Preventions	elevate head and sleep on back or right side Intravenous magnesium (once a week for 4 weeks) seems to have stopped the AF for 8 months in 2000. I also had high levels of mercury which I cut by 75% through taking vitamin C, blue green algae, cilantro, and alphalipoic acid. Dental amalgams removed June-July 2001.
Current medications/side effects	multivitamin and mineral. calcium, and magnesium supplements. CoQ10, l-carnitine, taurine, fish oil or flaxseed oil. cactus grandiflorus and broome as needed to prevent attacks. tambocor and verapamil if I get an attack (usually convert in 2 hours or so with tambocor)
History of surgery	none
Future plans	Mercury detox. Keep up with supplements. See how long I can stay out of AF under this regime.
