General healthGood general health. Have excercise induced asthma
Current stateManaging
TriggersAlcohol, MSG mainly in Chinese food, sweeteners in diet drinks, hot bath,
PreventionsI have come to realise that episodes co-incided with gurgly stomach and excess acid. This is obviously affecting my heart.
Current medications/side effectsDaily Aspirin, Lansoprazole. I was given the Lansoprazole by my doctor to combat stomach pain caused by the Aspirin. I have been taking them for a few weeks now and my stomach problems and AF have completely disappeared. You can only take these for 8 weeks so I am looking for something long term to give the same result.
Past medications/side effectsBisoprolol knocked me for 6 so stopped taking them after consulting Cardiologist.
History of surgeryNone
Future plansLooking at diet and supplements.
Personal commentsAlso suffer from Benign Cramp Faciculation Syndrome which causes my calf muscles to contract constantly. Not sure if this has any bearing on my AF.
