Personal commentsHave found own control strategy - having large drink of very cold water. Equally aware that previous episodes have been stopped by eating. Lucky for me, guy who did a structural scan of my heart was an old school friend and in discussing it he told me the vagus nerve follows your food basically and it seems the things I mention 'shock' the vagus nerve and seem to reset the signals to the heart, putting everything back in synch. Have used since we 'sussed' this and works - has stopped me needing to use pill in pocket stategy.
