General healthvery good health, non smoker.
Current statea-fib daily, but feeling good otherwise
Triggersalways at the time of sleep, right at the onset of sleep or just dozing off.
Other triggers may include bloating and upset stomach, also if I don't eat for 4 or 5 hours and feeling very hypoglycemic.
PreventionsEating properly every 3 hours during the day, not to much, not to little and nothing that upsets the stomach.
But not matter how satisfied my stomach is at sleep time, the a-fib still triggers! No matter what I do.
Current medications/side effectsnone
Past medications/side effectsnone
History of surgerynone
Future plansseeing a nutritionist and planning for the suppliments of "taurine", "magnesium", "fish oil", "CoQ10" and maybe "l-carnitine" if I can obtain it in canada.
Others have reported NSR after dosing of these suppliments.
Personal commentsThe heart is a complex organ, and I feel when LAF, which is what I have, is triggered, the heart is telling you something else in wrong in your body. Possible known problems with LAF is the ANS, autonomic nervous system, and vagal nerves which all links to the hearts natural pacemaker. It’s possible something in my body is out sync, not in tune, deficient, over exhausted, malfunctioning, or whatever, but in turn send signals to the ANS alerting you through your pacemaker.
With PVI having only a 50% success rate with LAF, and medications having so many side effects, I am optimistic in finding a natural cure for now. This is my personal feeling for my condition.
