Future plansNo more overexhertion. To isolate exactly which foods stuffs I have an intolerance to.To be able to eat properly without triggering an attack. Can these intolerances be cured. Am going to try magnesium/potassium/taurine supplements.
Personal commentsIt takes 2or3 days of eating known food triggers to bring on an attack. This shows I have an intolerance not an allergy.
