Triggers	Unknown airborne triggers such as molds, auto fumes, bleach and other houshold cleaners, cigars, stress, MSG ingestion, on occassion alcohol, coffee and chocolate, but only 25-50% of the time. Many times cause is unknown, but thought to be food related.

Current medications/side effects	Flecanide, 50-100mg/2x day (brings on flutter sometimes, dizziness) Verapamil, 180mg 1x day (constipation) Aspirin 81mg
Past medications/side effects	Atenolol. Slight depression
History of surgery	Hernias (2) Appendix
Future plans	Would like to wean off the drugs if possible, considering abilation, but not until more effective and clotting threat lessens. Visiting allergist to see if they can find possible allergies. Looking for another docotor sho may try some different things instead of just claiming nothing can be done.
