| Triggers | I do not smoke or drink, I do not have caffeine, I do not do anything at all to make these episodes come on. Most of the time it is at night. I am reading in bed, or watching TV or listening to music. I know the minute it starts and feel every single beat from my heart. It does a job on my confidence and I feel as though a hammer were over my head waiting to fall. |

| Preventions | I am on all sorts of medication and nothing helps. I have been ablated, cardioverted and waiting for something new TO CURE ME. |
