| Triggers | It can be a variety of things from eating the wrong food to overdrinking, which I try very hard to avoid. It seems to really be tied to my stomach. I can't over eat or eat late at night. |

| Current medications/side effects | None. Other than some ED. I only take sotolol, lipitor, low dose asprin, and advair now. No more toprol, amoroderone, or coumadin. |

| Future plans | Hopefully theres a cure out there for me. I'm getting really tired of being cardioverted. |

| Personal comments | When I'm in rythym I feel great. That is why I always go in and get cardioverted when I go out of rythym. I hate being out of rythym. I don't have the stamina or energy level when I'm out of rythym. There has to be something out there that can be done to cure this affliction. |
