| Personal comments | I have been hospitalized three times in four years for afib episodes. The last two have required electrocardioversion. I experience infrequent episodes about 2-3 times per month that will last from 2 minutes to 2 hours. Hospitalizations occurred when episodes did not end following several hours. Toprol side effects were difficult to endure but the medication did have some positive effects I believe. Waiting to see what the Rythmol does. I am scared somewhat by the descriptions of some of the side effects. Unsure of what my triggers actually are. |
