Future plansI want to get off Amiodarone as it doesnt seen to work, my pulse is always around 105 bpm at rest, it usually goes up to around 180 when exerecising.
Will try another drug, try to get fit, lose weight and try to cut down on alcohol, currently drink around 8 units a day(2 cans of strong larger)
Personal commentsOver the past 20 years I occasionally had irregular and fast heart beats lasting a few hours after drinking red wine.
With me it's not so much the fast heart rate that bothers me, it's the floppy feeling in the chest and the feeling of only firing on 3 cylinders.
