Personal commentsI work outdoors and with me taking the Cq10 my recovery from extreme physical exercise is quite creditable. Find that I can bleed a little longer than average person not on medication.
Strangely finding that my healing quality from cuts, scraps and such is quite remarkable. Hand blister 6cm on palm in diameter complety gone in 3 days.
A deep cut on my hand from work healed to scap gone in 5 days.very wierd
