History of surgery1. Oct/2001 pulmonary veins ablation by thermal balloon
catheter. Few hours after the surgery fibrillation and
flutter occured. Result was bad.
2. Nov/2001 ablation for flutter. Fibrillation and atypical
flutter were occured soon after the surgery.
3. June/2004 3 pulmonary veins were isolated by catheter
ablation and things got worse especialy during the 2
months after the surgery. Frequency and duration of
the episode increased 10 times as before the surgery.

Future plans Looking for a skilled physician for the ablation
Personal commentsFollow up data for the pulmonary veins ablation will be
needed.
