| Preventions | none really. Tried nose blowing thing - sometimes walking on cold tiled floor and drinking glass water helps. |

| Current medications/side effects | Flecanide 300 mg , Adizem XL (high BP) Aspirin 75 mg. Only side effects some disturbed vision and excess urinating at night |

| Future plans | try and not get overly worried and paranoid! It is a distressing condition but I am no where near as bad as some on this site. Hopefully they will find a cure once they stop wasting NHS money on none life threatning cases! |

| Personal comments | Thank goodness for this excellent site. Notice several patients on site have Asthma - wonder if cause may be related to stress/lifestyle we now have with ever increasing allergies i.e. pollution? |
