Triggers	Currently lying down will trigger them. I had to go to the hospital for the first time recently. After attempting to go to sleep, I went into sustained AF. I personally believe that stress is the major trigger at this point.
Preventions	Deep breaths, no caffiene, deep breath and bear down.
Current medications/side effects	Toprol for now. A little fatigue noted, but that's about it.
History of surgery	None.
Future plans	Excercise more, no caffiene. Less Stress.
