metoprolol 50mg at bedtime with propafenone Been on propafenone for 3 months, since my last episode, feel blurred vision at times aches but seems to have settled the heart so far,am seeing the cardiolagist tomorrow will see if I should reduce the dosage.
Past medications/side effectsmetoprolol 2x a day-felt sluggish/ I convinced my Dr. to take me off Beta Bockers, than had an episode in Aug. and another in Sept went dack on then another one in TX. Ishould say that my 2 previous ones I wascardio converted, but my last one was with medicine, felt much better being cardio converted
History of surgeryHad an angiogram 8 years ago which when I was on the table my heart went array thus A F was the the result and to this day giving me problems. I had a low ejection fraction 35%now is 59% and steady.
Future plansLooking at Ablation-but my DR. seems to think I should try the defibrillater-meds at this time
Personal commentsLike many comments I am in constant worry about travelling and where this led.My fear is going for surgery and will it control this for many years,I feel with time surgery will get better and more effective
